No Increase in Liability. No action taken by either party relating to the resale or lease of an Aircraft or the assignment of that party’s rights under this Agreement with respect to such Aircraft shall subject the other party to any liability beyond that in this Agreement or modify in any way the other party’s obligations under this Agreement.
