International Supply Contract Sample Clauses

International Supply Contract. The Buyer and the Seller recognise that this Agreement is an international supply contract which has been the subject of discussion and negotiation, that all its terms and conditions are fully understood by the parties, and that the Specification and price of the Aircraft and the other mutual agreements of the parties set forth herein were arrived at in consideration of, inter alia, all the provisions hereof specifically including all waivers, releases and renunciations by the Buyer set out herein. The Buyer and the Seller hereby also agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to this transaction.

International Supply Contract. The Buyer and the Seller recognise that this AGTA is an international contract which has been the subject of discussion and negotiation, that all its terms and conditions are fully understood by the Parties, and that the mutual agreements of the Parties set forth herein were arrived at in consideration of, inter alia, all the provisions hereof specifically including all waivers, releases and renunciations by the Buyer set out herein. The Buyer and the Seller hereby also agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to this AGTA and any relevant Purchase Agreement.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships, aircraft or road-transport vehicles in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State. 2.   • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN.
