No Individual Contracts of Agreement. (a) No employee shall be compelled or allowed to enter into any individual contract or agreement with his/her Employer concerning the conditions of employment varying the conditions of employment contained herein. (b) No employee shall be asked to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer covering hours of work, wages or conditions during the term of this Agreement.
