No Israel Boycott Sample Clauses

No Israel Boycott. Pursuant to Utah Code Xxx. § 63G-27-101, the Contractor certifies that it is not currently engaged in a boycott of the State of Israel and agrees to not engage in any boycott of the State of Israel during the term of the Contract.
No Israel Boycott. By entering into this Agreement, Contractor certifies that Contractor is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the Agreement, not to engage in a boycott of Israel as defined by state statute.
No Israel Boycott. By entering into this contract, the Consultant certifies that it is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract to not engage in, a boycott of Israel.

The Bank understands ‘affiliate’ to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Bank and exists to make a profit.
No Israel Boycott. To the extent this Agreement constitutes an agreement for the provision of goods and services, pursuant to Section 2270.002, Texas Government Code, the Dealer hereby represents that as a “Company”, as defined in Section 808.001, Texas Government Code, the Dealer, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of the Dealer, does not Boycott Israel and, subject to or as otherwise required by applicable Federal law, including, without limitation, 50 U.S.C. Section 4607, the Dealer, as a “Company”, as defined in Section 808.001, Texas Government Code, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of the Dealer, agrees not to Boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Section, “Boycott Israel” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2270.001, Texas Government Code.

No Israel Boycott. By entering into this LTSC Exchange Agreement, the Parties certify that they are not currently engaged in, and agree for the duration of the contract to not engage in, a boycott of Israel.
No Israel Boycott. In accordance with Chapter 2271, Texas Government Code, a Texas governmental entity may not enter into an agreement with a company for the provision of goods or services unless the agreement contains a written verification from the company that it: (1) does not boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the agreement. Chapter 2271 does not apply to (1) a company that is a sole proprietorship; (2) a company that has fewer than ten (10) full-time employees; or (3) an agreement that has a value of less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). Unless the company is not subject to Chapter 2271 for the reasons stated herein, the signatory executing this agreement on behalf of DEVELOPER verifies by their signature on this Agreement that the company does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement.
