NO JOB ACTIONS. Section 1. No Employee covered by this Agreement shall engage in, induce or encourage any strike, work stoppage, sick-in, sick-out, or slowdown or any job action or activity which interferes with the normal or emergency operations of the Town or the withholding of services to the Town of Pittsfield.
NO JOB ACTIONS. Since adequate provisions have been made in this Agreement for settlement of all disputes that may arise between the Workforce employees and the District, and understanding that Section 105.530 Revised Statutes of Missouri makes it unlawful for public employees to engage in a strike or other job action, there shall be no job actions, including but not limited to, a strike, work stoppage, sympathy strike, or slowdown, on the part of the Workforce employees.
NO JOB ACTIONS. The Union and the Board subscribe to the principle that any and all differences between them and the members of the unit should be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the District’s operations. Accordingly, the Union agrees that it will not instigate, engage in, support, encourage or condone in any way, strike, work stoppage, or other concerted refusal to perform work on the part of any of the members of the unit.
