No Joint Venture, Etc. Neither the execution nor performance of this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership or joint venture by and among Insurance Company, Transfer Agent, AFD, CRMC and the Funds.
No Joint Venture, Etc. Unless otherwise stated:
(a) nothing in this Agreement creates a joint venture, partnership, or the relationship of principal and agent, or employee and employer between the parties; and
(b) no party has the authority to bind any other party by any representation, declaration or admission, or to make any contract or commitment on behalf of any other party or to pledge any other party’s credit.
No Joint Venture, Etc. Neither this Agreement nor any other Operative Document nor any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby shall be construed to (a) constitute a partnership or joint venture between Lessee and any Lessor Party or (b) impose upon any Lessor Party any agency relationship with or fiduciary duty to Lessee.
No Joint Venture, Etc. The Parties expressly disclaim any intention to create, and nothing herein shall be construed as creating, a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between PathNet and Incumbent.
No Joint Venture, Etc. Nothing herein shall be deemed to constitute ParkerVision and ITT as partners, joint venturers or otherwise associated in or with the business of the other. Neither party shall be liable for any debts, accounts, obligations or other liabilities of the other party. Neither party is authorized to incur any debts or other obligations of any kind on the part of or as agent for the other except as may be specifically authorized in writing.
No Joint Venture, Etc. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as (i) creating a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the Company and Consultant or (ii) requiring Consultant or Consultant's Personnel to bear or otherwise be liable for any portion of any losses directly or indirectly incurred by the Company and arising out of or otherwise connected with the services performed or to be performed by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement.
No Joint Venture, Etc. The entering into of this Agreement and the performance by any party hereto of the matters contemplated hereby shall not be deemed to create a partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, or principal/agency relationship between or among the parties hereto.
No Joint Venture, Etc. The parties hereto are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby is intended to, nor shall it, create any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between any of them.
No Joint Venture, Etc. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and service providers or suppliers or you and Seller as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Site.
No Joint Venture, Etc. This Agreement shall not constitute, create, or in any way be interpreted as, a joint venture, partnership, or business organization of any kind.
