Your Use of the Site. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use, or allow others to use, your password and account username for the Site to either directly or indirectly provide, post, upload, e-mail, promote, facilitate the distribution of, post links to, or otherwise transmit any content (including comments and/or artwork) that:

Your Use of the Site as a Learner or Parent
2.1 The Site provides a cloud learning platform for Learners.
2.2 Before you are given access to the Site the relevant Learner will need to pay the Subscription Fee in full in the manner specified on the Site. Except to the extent prohibited by law, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Subscription Fee.
2.3 If you are a Learner, you consent to us providing: (a) your Parents; and (b) the Facilitator that we assign to you, with details of your access to, and progress with, the Courses you have subscribed to.
2.4 If you are a Parent, you will indemnify us against any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any breach by the Learner of these Terms, where that Learner is under the age of 18.
2.5 As part of your subscription to the Site, we may provide you with access to a private forum group (Forum Group) where you, Facilitators and other Users can discuss the Course and Course Content. In addition to complying with these Terms, you will comply with any terms and conditions of the platform hosting the forum group.
Your Use of the Site. 16.1 The Site incorporates information and content, which may be in the form of text, graphic, audio, video, downloads, links, source codes, copyrights, trademarks, and information about Products ("Content") which is the proprietary property of Samsung.
16.2 Samsung has invested money, time, and effort to develop the Content and retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the Content. Samsung does not grant you any license or property rights in relation to the Content.
16.3 The Content is published on the Site for your personal reference. You must not download, copy, use, reproduce or reference any Content for business or commercial purposes. You may download, copy, reproduce or store the Content and establish links to the Site from your own website or from within your documents, but only where you do so for personal use.
16.4 Samsung does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Content (including Product information), or other items contained on this Site or any other website operated by Samsung.
Your Use of the Site. 3.1 Requesters request information, and providers provide the requested information, in a typical Service transaction. Upon completion of a Service transaction, Requesters may be expected to pay Providers for the Services. As a Requester, you agree that upon receiving the Services performed by a Provider, you will remit payment to the Provider. Payment for Services is strictly between Requester and Provider. Immagonna does not provide, reserve, transfer, act as middle-man, guarantee, or other become involved in payment between Customers for Services. Immagonna is not responsible for Services or payment therefor and will not administrate disputes over Services or payment.
3.2 Providers may register as a Provider only once with Immagonna. Providers may perform Services for any Requester in accordance with the request for information submitted by the Requester. However, if the Services do not meet the Requester's reasonable satisfaction, the Requester may reject the Services and repost the specific request.
3.3 Customer acknowledges that Immagonna does not check UGC for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, and other rights or violations. You are legally responsible for UGC that you generate and/or post. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership as appropriate. Reported violating UGC may be removed or disabled.
3.4 You agree that the work product of any Services you request or perform and post on the Site, as well as all UGC, is deemed a “work made for hire” for the benefit of Immagonna, and all ownership rights, including worldwide intellectual property rights, will vest with Immagonna immediately upon posting UGC on the Site. You waive any and all moral rights therein. To the extent any such rights do not vest in Immagonna as a work made for hire under applicable law, you hereby assign all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, to such work product as posted on the Site to Immagonna. The compensation for the work made for hire or assignment shall be the use of the Site to share information.
3.5 As a Requester or Provider, you may not sell, offer for sale, request, purchase, or provide any Service that violates applicable law or is prohibited by the Policies. 4.3. You cannot bid on your own Auction Lot or on an Auction Lot of someone connected to you, nor can you have a friend or someone connected to you bid on your Auction Lot. You will be liable to us and indemnify us for any losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, we incur arising out of any breach by you of this clause. You will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of this clause, to the extent permitted by law.
