No Loss of Privileges or Benefits. No employee shall suffer a reduction in pay or loss of any privileges or benefits, not specifically provided for herein, by the reason of the signing of this MOA, or suffer a reduction of his/her basic rate of pay existing as of signing of this MOA, or of any other wage benefits existing as of such date and expressly provided for in this MOA.
