No Objection Certificates. In each Monthly Report, Licensee shall provide Gilead with the following information: (i) any local regulatory approvals, permits or other similar documents from the country(ies) of manufacture obtained by the Licensee for Product, including the quantity of Product exported, the final destination of the Product and the recipient of the Product; and (ii) any local regulatory approvals, permits or other similar documents from the country of manufacture obtained by third parties for Product for which Licensee provided information, including the quantity of Product exported, the final destination of the Product and the recipient of the Product.
No Objection Certificates. In each Quarterly Report, Licensee shall provide Gilead with the following information: (i) any Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) No Objection Certificates (NOC) obtained by the Licensee for Product, including the quantity of Product exported, the final destination of the Product and the recipient of the Product; and (ii) any Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) No Objection Certificates (NOC) obtained by third parties for Product for which Licensee provided assistance, including the quantity of Product exported, the final destination of the Product and the recipient of the Product.
No Objection Certificates. The Borrower shall have procured no objection certificates from its Existing Secured Lenders for creation of the security interest on the Borrower’s assets for securing the loan within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of 1st (first) disbursement.
No Objection Certificates. The Borrower shall have procured and submitted the necessary no objection certificates from other lenders, if applicable, within a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Initial Disbursement or within such time period as may be extended by the Rupee Lenders
