The eEmployer will not make any information about external applicants available to the hiring committee, nor will any external applicants be considered until the applications of internal applicants have been thoroughly processed and no qualified applicant as per Article 13.04 is found. Applications will be assessed and applicants short listed based solely on information provided on the application to the specific posting.
