Common use of No Partial or Progress Payments Clause in Contracts

No Partial or Progress Payments. Contractor shall be entitled to payment in respect of any Task, Subtask or Deliverable or other Work, only upon successful completion by Contractor and approval by County of such Task, Subtask or Deliverable or other Work. Except with regard to Maintenance and Support services and permissible T&M Consulting Services, no partial or progress payments towards anticipated or substantial completion of Tasks, Subtask or Deliverables or other Work, will be made under this Agreement.
