No Payback Of Excess Sick Leave Used In Year Of Termination. It is understood and agreed that in the event an eligible Employee terminates employment with the Employer, for any reason, and the Employee has used more than the pro-rated portion of the calendar year’s entitlement in the year of termination, such excess sick leave granted shall not be deducted from the Employee's final earnings.
