No Product Returns Policy. Except as expressly provided elsewhere in this Section 11.2 or in ARTICLE 14, no Products supplied by or on behalf of ARIAD US to ARIAD SWISSCO may be returned by ARIAD SWISSCO to ARIAD US after they have been Delivered to ARIAD SWISSCO at the location designated under Section 11.1.3.
No Product Returns Policy. Except as expressly provided elsewhere in this Section 11.5 or in Article 14, no Products supplied by or on behalf of ARIAD to Otsuka may be returned by Otsuka to ARIAD after they have been Delivered to Otsuka at the location designated under Section 11.2.
