Product Recall definition

Product Recall means a recall, product withdrawal, or field correction of any Product or Finished Product.
Product Recall means any (i) directive, order or other action by any Governmental Authority requiring or having the effect of requiring that any product manufactured or sold by the Sellers or the Sellers’ Affiliates in connection with the Business be recalled or (ii) voluntary recall of any product manufactured or sold by the Sellers or the Sellers’ Affiliates in connection with the Business.
Product Recall means any directive or order by any Governmental Authority that any Product distributed or sold by the Business prior to the Closing Date be recalled or any voluntary recall by Sellers of any Product distributed or sold by the Business prior to the Closing Date.
