No Promotion of Pocket Listings. No Exclusive Broker and/or Participant shall promote or encourage an Owner to engage in the practice of Pocket Listing(s). If an Exclusive Broker and/or Participant is suspected of having engaged in a pattern or practice of encouraging Owners to withhold Pocket Listings from the RLS, a complaint by another Participant can be filed against them and a hearing pursuant to Article VI, Section 2 of these Rules and Regulations shall be convened to decide the merits of the complaint.
