No Reprisal or Retaliation. 9. Any reprisals, retaliation or threats of reprisals or retaliation for pursuing rights under this Article, for having participated in procedures, or for acting in any role under these procedures are prohibited. Any such alleged reprisal or retaliation or threat thereof shall be grounds for laying a complaint under this Article and proceeding directly to a fact-finding investigation of the alleged reprisal or retaliation as described in Clause 14 of this Article.
No Reprisal or Retaliation. There shall be no retaliation or reprisal of any kind, taken by a Board of Education member or an employee of the Board of Education, against any bargaining unit member by reason of the employee’s membership in the Association, participation in any of the Association’s activities, or exercise of the rights granted under this Collective Bargaining Agreement. There shall be no retaliation or reprisal of any kind taken by a bargaining unit member against another bargaining unit member by reason of the individual’s decision to not participate in the Association.
