No Retaliation No employee shall be discharged or in any other manner discriminated against by the Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor because such employee has filed any complaint or instituted or caused to be instituted any proceeding under or relating to enforcement of this Agreement.
No Reprisal There shall be no reprisal against a unit member for filing a grievance or assisting a grievant in the above procedure.
No Reprisals No reprisals of any kind will be taken by the Board, the school administration, the Association or the employee against any person because of participation in this grievance procedure.
RETALIATION The Landlord is prohibited from making any type of retaliatory acts against the Tenant including but not limited to restricting access to the Premises, decreasing or cancelling services or utilities, failure to repair appliances or fixtures, or any other type of act that could be considered unjustified.
No Harassment Contractor does not engage in unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment, with respect to any persons with whom Contractor may interact in the performance of this Agreement, and Contractor takes all reasonable steps to prevent harassment from occurring.
Non-Retaliation The Contractor agrees to prohibit retaliation, discharge or otherwise discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment who has inquired about, discussed or disclosed their compensation.
No Reprisals Clause No reprisals shall be taken by the Board or the administration against any employee because of the employee's participation in a grievance.
Discrimination 23.1 The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of any law, enactment, order, or regulation relating to discrimination (whether in race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or otherwise) in employment. 23.2 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to secure the observance of Clause 23.1 by all servants, employees or agents of the Contractor and all suppliers and sub-contractors employed in the execution of the Contract.
NO DISCRIMINATION/HARASSMENT 4.01 The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practiced with respect to any Employee(s) in the matter of hiring, wage rates, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, lay- off, recall, discipline, classification, discharge or otherwise by reason of age, race, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, political affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, place of residence, marital status or disability subject to bona fide occupational requirements, family status, colour, ancestry, receipt of public assistance, nor by reason of membership or activity in the Union.
