No Right to Accounting. Neither the Beneficiaries nor their successors, assigns, creditors, nor any other Person shall have any right to an accounting by the Litigation Trustee, and the Litigation Trustee shall not be obligated to provide any accounting to any Person. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to require the Litigation Trustee at any time or for any purpose to file any accounting or seek approval of any court with respect to the administration of the Litigation Trust or as a condition for making any advance, payment, or distribution out of proceeds of Litigation Trust Assets.
