No Seller Changes. Seller acknowledges and agrees that (i) other than as a result of Force Majeure or an Excusable Event, Seller shall have no right to any adjustment to the Critical Path Project Schedule as a result of any matter, event or circumstance; provided that in no event shall there be any extension of the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date (except if extended as a result of a Force Majeure) and (ii) other than as a result of an Excusable Event or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Seller shall have no right to any increase in the Contract Price as a result of any matter, event, or circumstance. 28 Section 6.2 Purchaser Initiated Changes. 28

  • ROAD PLAN CHANGES If the Purchaser desires a change from this road plan including, but not limited to, relocation, extension, change in design, or adding roads; a revised road plan must be submitted in writing to the Contract Administrator for consideration. Before work begins, Purchaser shall obtain approval from the State for the submitted plan.
