NO STOPPAGE OR LOCKOUT. 4.01 During the life of this Agreement, no employee shall be dismissed without just cause, neither shall there be any lockout, slow down or stoppage of work on the part of the employer or Union. 4.02 Union members shall not, however, be required to work with non-Union employees other than those specifically permitted to work under the terms of this Agreement, nor shall Union members be required to cross a legal picket line.
