NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUT PLEDGE. The Board agrees that it will not lock out any or all of its employees for any cause during the term of this Agreement, and the Association and its agents agree that they will not engage in, induce, or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slow down, or withholding of services by any member or members of the bargaining unit. Nothing contained in this Article shall be deemed to waive, impair or restrict the right of the Board or the Association to seek or pursue any remedy at law or in equity provided by the laws of the Commonwealth.
