NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUT PLEDGE. 24.01 The Employer agrees that it shall not lock out any or all of its employees for any cause during the term of this Agreement and the Association and its agents agree that they shall not engage in, induce or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slow down or withholding of services by said members. Nothing contained in this Article shall be deemed to waive, impair or restrict the right of the Board or the Association to seek or pursue any remedy at law or equity provided by the laws of the Commonwealth in the event of a violation of this Article.
