The Union covenants and agrees that during the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor any person acting in its behalf will cause, authorize or support any strike (e.g., the concerted failure to report for duty or willful absence of any employees from their positions or stoppage of work or abstinence, in whole or in part, from the full, faithful and proper performance of the employee’s duties of employment), work stoppage, slowdown, walkout, or other job action against the City.
