No Take of Extremely Rare Plants. or Fully Protected Species Nothing in this Agreement, the HCP/NCCP or the Permits shall be construed to allow the Take of extremely rare plant species listed in Table 6-5 of the HCP/NCCP (“No-Take Plant Population”) or any Fully Protected Species under California Fish and Game Code sections 3511, 4700, 4800, 5050 or 5515. PSE shall avoid Take of these species.
