No Transmission Services. The execution of an Interconnection Service Agreement does not constitute a request for transmission service, or entitle Interconnection Customer to receive transmission service, under Part II or Part III of the Tariff. Nor does the execution of an Interconnection Service Agreement obligate the Interconnected Transmission Owner or Transmission Provider to procure, supply or deliver to Interconnection Customer or the Customer Facility any energy, capacity, Ancillary Services or Station Power (and any associated distribution services).

Nor does the execution of a Generation Interconnection Agreement obligate the Transmission Owner or Transmission Provider to procure, supply or deliver to Project Developer or the Generating Facility or Merchant Transmission Facility any energy, capacity, Ancillary Services or Station Power (and any associated distribution services).
