No Warranty of Suitability. (a) OEM gives no warranty (either present or future) as to the suitability or adequacy of the Stall or the Market or the use to which the Stall may be put. The Stallholder shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement with full knowledge of and subject to all other legal and other prohibitions or restrictions on the use of the Stall from time to time under or pursuant to any statute.
