Project improvement definition

Project improvement means all site improvements, site preparation work, offsite improvements, and all amenities necessary for the implementation and completion of the Project.
Project improvement means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project.

  • Under no circumstances shall the Developer, the Association or the owner of the Golf Course Land, nor any of their respective appointees, directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, shareholders, affiliates, assignees, successors, nominees or agents, be held liable for any damage or injury to person or the Unit or any Project improvement thereon resulting from errant golf balls, whether in motion or at rest, which has been driven from the golf course or its environs.
