Examples of Fitness for Use in a sentence

  • These files are created by NAACCR Workgroups/Taskforces and evaluated for Fitness for Use prior to releasing to outside researchers.

  • Fitness for Use To be fit for use, a HDR must be free of Safety, Critical and Major Defects.

Related to Fitness for Use

  • Station Use means the electric energy produced by the Generating Facility that is (a) used within the Generating Facility to power the lights, motors, control systems and other electrical loads that are necessary for Operation, and (b) consumed within the Generating Facility’s electric energy distribution system as losses needed to deliver electric energy to the Site Host Load, and

  • Home use means use in a household or its immediate environment.

  • End-use means the light, heat, cooling, refrigeration, motor drive, microwave energy, video or audio signal, computer processing, electrolytic process, or other useful work produced by equipment using electricity.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Industrial Designs means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to registered industrial designs and industrial design applications.
