Noise And Emissions. All noise generated by Tenant in its use of the Leased Premises shall be confined or muffled so that it does not interfere with the businesses of or annoy the occupants and/or users of adjacent properties. All dust, fumes, odors and other emissions generated by Tenant's use of the Leased Premises shall be sufficiently dissipated in accordance with sound environmental practice and exhausted from the Leased Premises in such a manner so as not to interfere with the businesses of or annoy the occupants and/or users of adjacent properties, or cause any damage to the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property or any component part thereof or the property of adjacent property owners.
