Common use of Nominated Driver Clause in Contracts

Nominated Driver. (a) The Hirer nominates a person/s specified in this Agreement as the driver/s of the Vehicle during the Hire Period and agrees that no person other than the Nominated Driver/s shall drive the Vehicle (except in case of emergency).
