Common use of Nomination Cycles Clause in Contracts

Nomination Cycles. If F24-S Service has been selected with respect to Storage Services, then with respect to the quantity available to Shipper on a firm basis as determined under Section 2 of this Schedule, for all nomination cycles, Enbridge shall advise Shipper as soon as reasonably practical of the Quantity Available for F24-S Service, which shall only be limited by reasons of force majeure. Despite anything to the contrary herein, Xxxxxxx may not increase its nomination at any time for any given gas day, after Xxxxxxxx declares force majeure and until such time as the force majeure ceases.
