Common use of Non-Commuters Clause in Contracts

Non-Commuters. An employee assigned to a worksite that is more than one hundred (100) kilometres from his principal place of residence, as defined in the principal residence definition of this Agreement, and who remains working on such project for consecutive days (in excess of one work day), and who is not already receiving the per diem travel zone allowance described in Article 15.02, shall receive the following:
