Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements. The Company shall have entered into the Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements with the Sellers on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Sellers.
Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements. Administrative Agent shall have received copies of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements entered into by each of P. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, which agreements shall be in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent and Requisite Lenders.
