Non-Competition Compensation 竞业限制补偿金. During the said Post-Termination Non-Competition Period, Party A agrees to pay Party B the non-competition compensation on a monthly basis and deposit it into Party B’s salary account. In addition, during the Restricted Period, the Director shall not develop any property for use in the Company’s Business on behalf of any person or entity other than the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
