NON-COMPLIANCE WITH NOTIFICATION. a) If the employee does not satisfy the criteria set out in Subclause 21.6 the application will not be approved and the leave will be unauthorised and unpaid. b) An employee whose application for personal leave is not approved may be subject to the company’s disciplinary procedures for any such absence.
