Common use of Non-degree Programs Clause in Contracts

Non-degree Programs. Professional personnel enrolled in a graduate level course directly related to the individual’s area of teacher or administrative assignment, but who are not enrolled in a prescribed curriculum, will receive 100% of the full in-state UNH cost or as prescribed in paragraphs three (3) and four (4) of this article, up to eight (8) credits per calendar year, while maintaining a “B” or better grade; a “B-” will not be accepted.
