Non-Discrimination in Referral, Craft Employment, and Construction Contracting. The Unions and Contractors agree that they will not discriminate against any craft employee or applicant for employment in hiring and dispatching on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, national origin, age, membership in a labor organization, sexual orientation, political affiliation, genetic information, medical condition, marital status or disability.
