NON-DISCRIMINATORY EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES. The Contractor and Subcontractors shall comply with District Policies prohibiting discriminatory practices against employees or prospective employees based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, religious creed, sex, age, sexual preference, marital status or other classification protected by the Laws. Contractor agrees to abide by this policy and to comply with Laws prohibiting discriminatory employment practices, including the California Fair Employment Practice Act.
