Non-Emergency Access Standards. The CONTRACTOR shall comply with the following non-emergency access standards for outpatient appointments: i. For routine, symptomatic, recipient-initiated, outpatient appointments for primary preventive medical care the request-to-appointment time shall be no greater than 30 days, unless the member requests a later time. ii. For routine, symptomatic, recipient-initiated, outpatient appointments for non-urgent primary medical care, the request-to-appointment time shall be no greater than 14 days, unless the member requests a later time. iii. For non-urgent behavioral health care, the request-to-appointment time shall be no greater than 14 days, unless the member requests a later time. iv. Primary medical, including behavioral health, and dental care outpatient appointments for urgent conditions shall be available within 24 hours. v. For specialty outpatient referral and/or consultation appointments, including behavioral health, the request-to-appointment time shall be consistent with the clinical urgency but no greater than 21 days, unless the member requests a later time. vi. For outpatient scheduled appointments the time the member is seen shall not be more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time unless the member is late. vii. For routine outpatient diagnostic laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and other testing appointments, the request-to-appointment time shall be consistent with the clinical urgency but no greater than 14 days unless the member requests a later time. viii. For urgent outpatient diagnostic laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and other testing, appointments availability shall be consistent with the clinical urgency but no greater than 48 hours. ix. The timing of scheduled follow-up outpatient visits with practitioners shall be consistent with the clinical need.

  • Emergency Access Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time without notice in the event of an emergency.

  • Emergency/Declared Disaster Requirements In the event of an emergency or if Orange County is declared a disaster area by the County, state or federal government, this Contract may be subjected to unusual usage. The Contractor shall service the County during such an emergency or declared disaster under the same terms and conditions that apply during non-emergency/disaster conditions. The pricing quoted by the Contractor shall apply to serving the County’s needs regardless of the circumstances. If the Contractor is unable to supply the goods/services under the terms of the Contract, then the Contractor shall provide proof of such disruption and a copy of the invoice for the goods/services from the Contractor’s supplier(s). Additional profit margin as a result of supplying goods/services during an emergency or a declared disaster shall not be permitted. In the event of an emergency or declared disaster, emergency purchase order numbers will be assigned. All applicable invoices from the Contractor shall show both the emergency purchase order number and the Contract number.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than twenty-four (24) hours.

  • Emergency Operator Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to the Emergency Operators designated by ICANN on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time.

  • Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work (a) Except as provided in this sub-clause an Employee shall nor work or be required to work in the rain. (b) Employees shall not be required to start a concrete pour in Inclement Weather. (c) Where a concrete pour has been commenced prior to the commencement of a period of Inclement Weather Employees may be required to complete such concrete pour to a practical stage and for such work shall be paid at the rate of double time calculated to the next hour, and in the case of wet weather shall be provided with adequate wet weather gear. (d) If an Employee’s clothes become wet as a result of working in the rain during a concrete pour the Employee shall, unless the Employee has a change of dry working clothes available, be allowed to go home without loss of pay. (e) The provisions of clauses 32.7(c) and 32.7(d) hereof shall also apply in the case of emergency work where the Employees concerned and their delegates agree that the work is of an emergency nature and can start and/or proceed.

  • Emergency Work Employees who are required to report for emergency work on non- workdays, or outside of their regular hours of work on a scheduled workday or on holidays which they are entitled to have off, shall be paid overtime compensation for the actual work time and for travel time in connection therewith, but such travel time shall not exceed one-half (1/2) hour.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.
