NON-ENDORSEMENT AND PUBLICITY. County is not endorsing Provider or its Services, and Provider is not permitted to reference this Agreement or County in any manner without the prior written consent of County. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that Provider may list the County as a reference in response to requests for proposals and may identify County as a customer in presentations to potential customers.
