Mobile Standards Clause Samples

Mobile Standards. To the extent the Solution has either current or future mobile features and/or using a mobile platform, the mobile component of the Software complies with Mobile Standards. The terms of this section are effective upon Technology Solution Contract execution and shall remain in effect with respect to particular Solution for as long as Purchaser is receiving these Services.
