Non-Exempt Faculty. For certain adjunct and community faculty whose FLSA status is non-exempt due to work assignments with the State of Minnesota not covered by this agreement, the university may pay a reasonable hourly rate of pay for credit generating work, provided that the aggregate pay for each credit hour of instruction is not less than the rate provided in Subdivision 1 of this section.
