NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract to participate in the Access Blue New England network. For pediatric dental care services, a non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract to participate in the Blue Choice New England network.
NON-NETWORK PROVIDER. Member understands and acknowledges that DPC does not accept any form of insurance. DPC makes no representations whatsoever that any fees paid under this Agreement are covered by your health insurance or other third-party payment plans you may have.
