Common use of Non-Pensionable Compensation Clause in Contracts

Non-Pensionable Compensation. Any additional compensation paid to an employee who is still required to perform any of his/her former duties while in an expanded higher level out-of-class assignment shall not have this additional compensation reported as pensionable compensation.
