Non-Photographic Likenesses. Consultant shall have the right to approve any artistic rendering or other non-photographic likeness (collectively “Renderings”) of Consultant that may be used in connection with the advertising, exploitation or publicity.

Non-Photographic Likenesses. Host shall have the right to approve all drawn or non-photographic likenesses of Host used in connection with the advertising, promotion or publicity of the Program or in connection with any merchandising item or commercial tie-up, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld and shall not be exercised in a manner so as to frustrate the advertising, promotion or publicity campaign for the Program. If Host does not approve any likeness so submitted, Host shall notify CLIS within three (3) business days after receipt of such likeness by Host of Host’s disapproval and the specific reasons therefor. CLIS will then redraw the likeness and resubmit it to Host for Host’s approval. If Host does not approve of the resubmitted likeness, Host shall notify CLIS within three (3) business days of Host’s disapproval and the specific reasons therefor; provided, however, that Host shall not have the right to object to elements in the redrawn likeness which were in the originally submitted likeness and to which Host did not previously object. Provided CLIS then redraws such likeness in accordance with Host’s objections the likeness shall be deemed approved. The foregoing procedures shall be repeated one additional time if Host, in accordance with the foregoing, disapproves the resubmitted drawing. If Host does not specifically disapprove any likeness submitted within the applicable approval period, such likeness shall be deemed approved.

  • Photographs You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This usage may be in conjunction with your own name or a fictitious name. It may involve reproductions in color or otherwise that may be made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known. Usage may include illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with that usage. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in that regard. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.

  • Photograph Waiver The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

  • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.

  • Insignia On or prior to the Delivery Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, Lessee agrees to affix and maintain (or cause to be affixed and maintained), at its expense, in the cockpit of the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate therein and on each Engine a nameplate bearing the inscription: Leased From First Security Bank, National Association, as Owner Trustee, Lessor and, for so long as the Airframe and each Engine shall be subject to the Lien of the Trust Indenture, bearing the following additional inscription: Mortgaged To State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Lessor or successor Indenture Trustee, in each case as permitted under the Operative Documents). Except as above provided, Lessee will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on the Airframe or on any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit Lessee (or any Sublessee) from placing its customary colors and insignia on the Airframe or any Engine.

  • DRESS 6.1 Players shall be required to provide and wear their own playing shirts for the Event (“Event Shirts”); which must be worn throughout the Event and in any promotional work associated to the Event with dark smart trousers and plain black shoes/smart black sneakers. No waistcoats (vests), bow ties, denim jeans, t-shirts, jackets or sports shoes will be permitted. a) The Player will be entitled to wear a maximum of 4 (four) logos (for their own benefit and remuneration) on their Event Shirts ("Player Logos") throughout the Event. Player Logos must not exceed 7.5 cm x 5 cm (3” x 2”) or 6 square inches and shall not be permitted to be positioned on the left-chest of each Players Event Shirt or above or below the Event Logo. The Player shall submit to the Promoter no later than 1 (one) week before the first day of the Event details of the Player Logo’s for approval; b) Player logos shall include all logo’s, for the avoidance of doubt logos of federation’s and billiards clubs shall be included in the 4 logos permitted. Player country flags and names shall not be included as a logo; c) the Promoter shall have absolute discretion to disallow a Player the wearing of any Logo that, in the opinion of the Promoter, conflicts with the Event, Promoter, Sponsors, Broadcasters of the Event; d) the Promoter shall reserve the right, to be exercised in its sole discretion, to require the Player to display in addition to the above, a minimum of 1 (one) logo on the Event Shirts to be positioned as instructed by the Promoter for the sole use and exploitation by the Promoter (“Event Logo”); e) the purpose of this clause is not to act as an unfair restraint of trade or otherwise prevent the Player from earning a living.
