Common use of Non-Reimbursable Items Clause in Contracts

Non-Reimbursable Items. The Owner shall not reimburse the Owner’s Project Manager or its Subconsultants for travel expenses, sustenance, telephone, facsimiles, electronic mails, postage and delivery expenses, unless specifically required elsewhere in this Contract. 10.3 The Owner’s Project Manager shall not be entitled to compensation under this Article for the services of Subconsultants hired to perform Basic Services under this Contract. If a Subconsultant hired to perform Basic Services performs Extra Services approved by the Owner, compensation for such Extra Services shall be made under Article 9.
