Non-Solicitation of Employees/Contractors. 10.1 Unless Executive receives the prior express written consent of Company, Executive shall not, during employment, or for two (2) years after termination of employment, induce or solicit, or attempt to induce or solicit, directly or indirectly, any person who is in the employment of, or is providing services to, Company, to leave or terminate such employment or business relationship.
Non-Solicitation of Employees/Contractors. During the Term and for a period of 12 months thereafter, Licensee will not, without the prior written consent of Licensor, either directly or indirectly hire any employees of or consultants to Licensor, nor will Licensee solicit or induce or attempt to induce any persons who were employees of or consultants to Licensor at the time of such termination or during the period of 90 days immediately preceding such termination, to terminate their employment or consulting agreement with Licensor.

Employee agrees that during the course of his/her employment with the Company, and for the period of twelve (12) months following the termination of Employee’s employment (the “Restricted Period”), regardless of the reason for the termination, Employee will not solicit, recruit or induce, in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, any “Person” to leave his or her employment or engagement with the Company. “
Non-Solicitation of Employees/Contractors. Executive agrees that while employed by Company and during the Restricted Period following Executive’s Termination Date, regardless of the reason for termination of employment, Executive shall not directly or indirectly solicit, cause to be solicited, assist or otherwise be involved with the solicitation of, any employee, contractor or other person to terminate that person’s employment, contract or relationship with Company or to breach that person’s employment agreement or contract with Company. Further, Executive agrees that while employed by Company and during the Restricted Period following Executive’s Termination Date, regardless of the reason for termination of employment, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, hire, recruit, solicit, or participate or assist any person or entity in hiring, recruiting or soliciting, any individual who was an employee or contractor during the 6 month period immediately following such employee or contractor’s termination of employment, contract or relationship with Company.
Non-Solicitation of Employees/Contractors. During the Restricted Period, Xxxxx shall not, directly or indirectly (including through any Affiliate of Xxxxx), solicit, encourage, induce, recruit, hire, persuade, or assist any employee, agent, supplier, independent contractor, or representative of Mindspeed or any of its Affiliates to leave or terminate their employment or relationship with Mindspeed or any of its Affiliates.
Non-Solicitation of Employees/Contractors. The Client agrees that during the currency of this Agreement and for one (1) year following the date of termination of this Agreements hereunder it shall not solicit the employees and/or contractors of OSG for the purpose of offering them employment or otherwise seeking services reasonably similar to those herein.
Non-Solicitation of Employees/Contractors. The parties acknowledge that each has made, and will continue to make, significant expenditures in training and recruiting its employees and contractors. Accordingly, each party agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months after the end of the Term of this Agreement, the parties will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, attempt to induce, or hire any person who then is, or was within 12 months previously, an employee or independent contractor of the other party, to become employed by, engaged by, or in any way connected with such party.

(a) Unless Employee receives the prior express written consent of the Employer, Employee shall not during the term of Employee's employment and for one year after termination of his/her employment, induce or attempt to induce, directly or by assisting others, any person who is in the employment of, or is providing services to, the Employer to leave such employment or engagement.

I agree that while I am employed by the Company and for a period of two (2) years immediately following the termination or expiration of my employment with the Company, I shall not directly or indirectly, either on behalf of myself or any other person or entity, (i) intentionally solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any employee of the Company or independent contractor of the Company who provides services to or on behalf of the Company to leave his, her or its employment or engagement with the Company, or attempt to solicit, recruit, or take away any such employees or independent contractors (or induce or encourage any such employee or independent contractor to terminate its employment or engagement with the Company); provided that after termination or expiration of my employment, this provision shall only apply to those employees or independent contractors of the Company who (A) are current employees or independent contractors of the Company and (B) were such at any time within 12 months prior to the date of such termination or expiration or (ii) intentionally interfere in any manner with the contractual or employment relationship between the Company and any employee or independent contractor of the Company or cause any such employee or independent contractor to cease employment or services with the Company; provided that after termination or expiration of my employment, this provision shall apply only to the employees or independent contractors of the Company who (A) are current employees or independent contractors of the Company and (B) were such at any time within 12 months prior to such termination or expiration. The terms “Cause” and “Good Reason” shall have the respective meanings assigned to each such term in the Employment Agreement.
Non-Solicitation of Employees/Contractors. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of this Agreement, EDVAG covenants and agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, on its own behalf or on behalf of a third party: 9.7 Աշխատակիցներին/Կապալառուներին Չներգրավվելը։ Սույն Պայմանագրի գործողության ընթացքում և դրա դադարեցմանն անմիջապես հաջորդող տասներկու (12) ամիսների ընթացքում ԷԴՎԱԳ-ը պարտավորվում է և համաձայնվում է անմիջականորեն կամ անուղղակիորեն իր անունից կամ երրորդ կողմից անունից.
