Common use of Non-structural Changes Clause in Contracts

Non-structural Changes. Lessee may, at its own expense, make nonstructural changes to the interior of the Premises (eg. revisions to interior decor, carpeting, painting, wall covering, etc.) provided that the value of the Premises shall not be diminished thereby. Further provided, that any non-structural changes exceeding $5,000 in total cost must first be approved by the Lessor prior to commencement of such changes.
