Non Tenure-Track Merit Adjustments. A non tenure-track UNAC member may qualify for a merit adjustment to base salary at the sole discretion of the XXX Xxxxxxx. Award of non-tenure track merit adjustment is not subject to the dispute resolution process under Article 7.
