Non-UK Theatre Producing Member. In the event that a Manager agrees to host a performance of a non-UK Theatre managed production which uses recorded music other than in the five exceptional cases listed above, the Manager agrees to notify the national office of the MU not less than 28 days prior to the first paid performance on a form agreed between UK Theatre and the MU.
