The University and the Union agree that neither will discriminate against any employee by reason of race, color, creed, religion, age, sex (except where age or sex is a bona fide occupational qualification), marital status, sexual orientation, political affiliation, national or ethnic origin; membership in a Union; disabled or Vietnam era veteran; or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disabilities unless based on a bona fide occupational qualification reasonably necessary to the normal operation of the University.
